The shocker! You need to eat FAT to lose FAT!!

If I eat less calories & fat I will lose weight right? Wrong! You will lose water & muscle but not much body fat!

Why? If you enter into the‘diet’world you normally reduce the amount of daily calorie intake this resulting in ‘starvation mode’ the body will panic as to when it is to receive energy so it keeps hold of the fat in your body as it needs this for protection, and instead of dispersing this it will lose the water then eat into your muscle. The end result is that after weeks of torturing yourself and feeling hungry yes you have lost some weight but mainly water and muscle, if you did a body fat test the amount of fat will not have dropped coupled with the fact that you are fed up of feeling hungry and go back to where you started. 70% of people who lose weight through the ‘diet’ world put it back on between 2-5 years
