Personal Trainer With A Fat Attack Plan That Really Works!!
When I first contacted Matt in September my email read something like “Help!”. I had let some bad habits creep in and at that time I was not only at my heaviest weight ever, but, was also feeling tired and sluggish all the time with little energy. After meeting Matt I felt re assured that working with him would put me back on track as he takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, taking in to account my lifestyle including what I eat and drink, but also sleep and exercise.
I’ve now been following his advice for 6 weeks and I feel amazing! His detailed planning may seem unconventional and at times quite radical, but I have never felt better. I sleep soundly every night, have boundless energy, l’m less stressed and have so far lost 18lbs and 9% body fat and am over half way to my goal. My friends tell me how great I look and getting back in to clothes which haven’t fitted me for some time is a brilliant feeling.
I can’t recommend Matt highly enough. He had totally transformed my attitude to heath and the affect food has on my overall wellbeing. I will never go back to the old habits as I have developed new ones which are far better for me.

Kick starting my weight loss & fitness lifestyle – Nov 2010
Since starting 1-2-1 training with Matt 12 weeks ago my cardiovascular fitness has improved no end and I have noticed a marked improvement in my muscle tone & strength.
Matt has educated me on how to exercise properly and safely, our training sessions are varied so they are always challenging and fun. I have also taken advice from Matt on nutrition and how to follow a clean & lean diet and am enjoying the benefits of a healthy and fit body!
My goal is to get fit and lose 30lbs and thanks to Matt am well on my way with only 9lbs to go!!
I am thrilled with my results so far and prior to starting my personal training with Matt found it hard to maintain an exercise regime.
Thanks to Matt and his friendly assistance, professional encouragement and keeping me on track ,I am now focused and motivated to do other fitness work on my own.

Helping me back to health – Jul-2010
I have had an extremely positive experience with bSimply health and Fitness. I have been suffering with major depression and anxiety and wanted to do some exercise and change my diet in order to help my recovery. The service that I am receiving is second to none. Matt has put my anxiety at ease and has made me feel more confident. I thought that I would not be able to cope but with the tailor made programme it has made my goals easier to achieve. Matt is an extremely professional chap and really listens to any problems that I have and is so encouraging. A Fantastic Trainer!!! – Jul-2010
I am very lucky to have such a fantastic trainer like Matt living next door to me.
I started using his services a little over 7 weeks ago and it has done me wonders. Matt made me feel safe and at ease straight away, he has a really good way of making you feel better about yourself. Matt is very professional and defiantly knows his stuff, he is more then happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and puts your mind at ease very well.
He uses a range of different routines to help me loose weight and tone up at the same time, keeping things fresh and exciting. Matt has also helped me nutrition wise, which i was struggling with before through food diary’s and food suggestions and advice. He is a fantastic motivator and since using him I actually look forward to my next work out ![]()
Things are going so well I have lost over 13lbs and 24 inches in weight over my body in 6 weeks!!! I have been trying for ages and have never done anything like this, but am looking forward to loosing more.
I would recommend him to anyone and everyone if I could, he is a great person and is fantastic at his job, training with Matt really works. I am now a happier, fitter, slimmer and more confident person and its all thanks to Matt!!!
